I grew up in Plymouth, MN, graduated from Wayzata High School in 1976, went to college, married and started a family.
Then lots of decades happened. Like for so many of us.
I've spent a lifetime in sales, marketing, management, and digital design. From 2003 to 2019, I owned and operated a web design and hosting company that served over 700 insurance agents. I managed their social media accounts, created their marketing videos, and wrote hundreds of business articles on the web for them.
I sold my business and retired in 2019 and have been spending more time with our eight kids and 22 grandchildren. Mary and I are on the road many weekends seeing family and going on adventures. Retirement has been good. But I also find that I keep picking up projects to help people along the way. I'm not sure I'll ever fully retire lol.
Lately, my projects have focused on helping people with legacy preservation. Recently, I brought my daughter alongside to help me with the growing demand.
I also write. I'm working on a memoir, finishing our own family legacy album, and I post on Substack and Facebook. For many years I wrote online about my spiritual and health journeys on Facebook and a personal blog. And there are books yet unwritten that are "burning a hole" in my soul waiting for me to write. Maybe someday. You can find my endevours and writings at the links below.
Endeavors & Writings
Heritage Circle
Free legacy book. You talk. I listen. We record our chats, and your stories become a beautiful book.
Your printed copy is ordered directly from Amazon—and I cover the cost of the first book. I also do all the work. There's no login, no control panel, and no dashboard. There are no strings attached. Click here.
Scribora Publishing
I publish books other publishers ignore. Memoir, autobiography, personal journeys, devotional writing, poetry, spirituality, essays, and reflections on life, meaning, and faith.
This is not hybrid publishing. There are no fees. We share royalties. I am a traditional publisher. I welcome first-time authors. Click here.
Substack
I started a Substack but then didn't keep up with it. Facebook still remained my primary journal. But now it's time to move my more vulnerable posting to Substack. Please subscribe to my journal here.
Facebook says that I've published over 19,000 posts. So, I guess I've been there a while. It's there that I have shared the deepest and most vulnerable parts of myself. And I've made some deep and lasting friendships. Please follow me on Facebook now to keep up with our everyday lives. Click here.
At Rest In Him
I'm not keeping this fresh with new posts, but it's an archive of years of my spiritual journey. It's religious, so you've been warned lol. Click here.
